What Is Motiva Preservé Breast Implant?

Motiva Preservé is an advanced breast augmentation technique that combines a specialized surgical method with Motiva SmoothSilk Ergonomix implants. The approach focuses on creating an implant pocket while preserving the natural breast anatomy and avoiding disruption of the chest muscles.

Instead of traditional dissection, the technique uses precise instrumentation to create a pathway, followed by a controlled expansion process that gently forms the implant space. This allows key support structures, including ligaments and surrounding tissues, to remain largely intact while accurately accommodating the implant.
