Such a kind and compassionate doctor. Dr. Nick Wingate is incredibly skilled, (like a wizard with injectables), but he is conservative in his treatment recommendations. I’ve had some issues with skin cancer on my face and he’s brought me out of the shadows. I feel like a new person!

After losing almost 100 pounds, I found myself depressed that my body still didn't look the way that I wanted or felt that I deserved. I began looking at doctors. I interviewed 8 doctors from Miami to Philadelphia. The moment I walked into the office, I knew I was in the right place. Dr. Nick Wingate has the most comforting presence. He spent almost two hours with me for the consult. He was honest and offered what he though would make me look my best. There was absolutely no pressure to book. He offered to talk to me if I had any other questions. I decided to book him for my procedure. I met with him prior to the procedure and he confirmed my decision with his excitement and calming presence. The surgery was exactly what he said. He even called me personally the evening of the surgery to check on me. I had one concern with a drain (it ended up being fine) and I called the office. Within three minutes my call was returned and I was seen by him within the hour.

My results are amazing and each time I see Dr. Wingate I am reminded of why I chose him... Not only for his skills in surgery but his caring manner for after care. Many places don't follow up with you and you are on your own. NOT THE CASE HERE! The entire office is there for you!

Dr. Wingate is absolutely amazing! He takes him time & doesn’t rush you through an appointment. He explained all the risks & benefits prior to the treatment as well. We ended up doing my forehead and the lines that were forming have completely softened! We also did my masseter for my TMJD, and has to date been the only thing to alleviate my jaw pain.

So happy I consulted with Dr. Wingate for my first venture into injectables! He really listened to my needs/wants and he provided me with solutions. My results look natural and refreshed. I am now considering filler for my lips and I will be going back to him for a consult on that.

Dr. Wingate did such a great job on my lip filler and botox. He walked me through the entire process, and made sure that I felt comfortable. The office was so clean and pretty. Right when you walk in, there's an entire plant wall that makes a great backdrop for after pictures.
