Correct the Root Cause of Cellulite

Cellulite dimples appear when your fat pushes against fibrous septa bands beneath your skin. Avéli targets and releases these bands, resulting in smoother skin after just one treatment. The Benefits

  • Single, in-office treatment produces results
  • FDA-approved, minimally-invasive cellulite treatment
  • Long-lasting results (up to one year)
  • Smooth cellulite in the buttocks and thighs

What to Expect During an Avéli Procedure

To begin, Dr. Wingate will administer local anesthesia to ensure your comfort. Then, he will guide the Avéli device under the skin to target and release the septa bands that are causing your cellulite dimples. The entire procedure takes about one hour and there is little to no downtime. Most of our patients return to their normal daily routine within one day.

Aveli Before & After

The Results

The results of your Avéli treatment will be visible once all residual swelling and bruising subsides. Most of our patients can see the effects by about one month after their procedure.

Aveli Cellulite Treatment Frequently Asked Questions

Are there any side effects of Avéli?

Temporary bruising, tenderness, and mild soreness in the treated area are the most commonly reported effects. These typically resolve as the tissues heal over the following weeks.

Can I work out after Avéli?

Light activity can usually resume soon after treatment. More strenuous exercise is generally postponed for several days to allow the treated tissue to recover comfortably.

Who is a good candidate for Avéli?

Avéli is designed for individuals with visible cellulite dimpling on the buttocks or thighs who want a minimally invasive option to smooth the skin. A consultation helps determine whether the treatment is appropriate for your concerns.

Does Avéli treat loose skin or only cellulite?

Avéli specifically addresses cellulite dimpling caused by fibrous septa bands beneath the skin. It is not intended to tighten loose skin or remove excess fat.

Will the treatment affect surrounding tissue?

The device is designed to precisely target the fibrous bands responsible for cellulite. Surrounding tissue is left largely undisturbed during the procedure.

When can I see the treated area clearly after the procedure?

Bruising and swelling may temporarily obscure the area at first. As those effects fade, the smoother contour of the skin becomes easier to appreciate.

Can Avéli be combined with other body treatments?

Some patients choose to combine cellulite treatment with other body contouring procedures. Treatment plans are customized based on your anatomy and aesthetic goals.

Will the treated cellulite come back over time?

The specific fibrous bands released during treatment do not reconnect. However, the natural aging process and lifestyle changes can influence skin texture over time.
