The Surgery

Dr. Wingate will perform your bra-line back lift under general anesthesia. Once the medication has taken effect, he will create a horizontal incision right where your bra line would typically sit. This ensures that the resulting scar will be hidden with a bra or bathing suit.

Through that opening, Dr. Wingate will first perform liposuction to extract any excess fatty deposits. Then, he’ll surgically remove excess skin to create a tight and slim body contour. To complete the procedure, he will smooth your skin and close the incisions with sutures.
